I’m starting a new progress blog!
I have decided to let my followers be part of my “bodybuilding journey”. I want to share with you guys my highs & lows, workouts routines, mealplans, recipes &…Furthermore I will upload pictures of me on a quite regular basis. So stay tuned and take this journey with me!!
I started to workout when I was 17 years old. I always was the “skinny type of guy”. It is quite hard for me to gain muscles, but staying lean was always easy. So I’m deeply committed to eating quite big amouts of food, which would mean around 4000kcal per day, in order to gain nice size!
So let my journey…our journey begin!

So you see I need to get stronger and better in my squats!
